    Fender Stratocaster help

    I've been kind of thinking about picking one up lately. My experience in playing them is somewhat limited but I think I want to give one a whirl for the sake of something different.

    Is this one a good one? How about the price?

    I really like the way it looks...but that's about all I know and in my limited amount of research I can't determine anything conclusive.

    i think it's a nice guitar. the price? it seems average for an american strat (for where i live). you could possibly find one cheaper, but if you like it and can afford it...
    GEAR:

    some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!

    some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!

    and finally....

    i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!!

      Thanks for the info, I think I want one but I can't decide.

      I don't know, maybe if I slapped one of these on it I'd feel more at home..

        Try to go for a Plus or a Deluxe or even and Ultra. These 3 models are as close as you can get to custom shop.
