    I know of at least 2 companies making offset V shapes, and selling them in the States.

      Because there's a difference in selling budgettype guitars and in one of the most popular brands of Guitars producing and selling a fairly high-end Rhoads model .

          They can, but they won't. It's not worth their time to go after kramer RR copies.

            Keep in mind that Kramer - which is literally the same company - has prior art on this. They made several different models like that in the '80s.
