Washburn N4's

Does anyone know when and why Washburn stopped using the pinwheel truss rods on the N4's? I thought that was a cool feature and I notice it's no longer available...

I don't know but that cutaway design was owned by someone else and probably Washburn didn't want to use them?
Plus I believe Nuno is no longer Endorsing Washburn.
I saw his N4 with erased logo on the headstock.
I could be wrong though...
