unfortunately, I wont be able to spend a dime more than what I get for my gibson, I would think about that, and I will get an all out jackson custom in the future which will be a 7 string.

I think I would rather pick up another part time job fopr a few months to earn the money for a Carvin rather than sell a vintage gibson on ebay. For the sake of vintage guitar enthusiasts, at least find a reputable vintage guitar dealer and get a price quote from him/her first. Actually, if you PM me, I will give a website of a Gibson freak who may give you a better option.

Jackson does make 7 strings, they are MIJ I believe. I did not care for it myself, but maybe with some setting up.
A used carvin neck thru 7 goes around 4-500.00 if I recall.

Jackson did, then they were discontinued. Though they have the new signature 7-string Dinky's at NAMM right now. No neck-throughs though, have to hit the custom shop.

Yeah, I'd also be interested in a used Petrucci sig(7-string), heard those are great guitars.

Anyways, im still waiting for offers, I'd rather it go to someone here on jcf then a random individual on ebay.
