Uh if you you are 5'8" you are taller I am 5'6 or 5' 7" and I was taller than KK no doubt.... Look at the pic from the top of the Dean booth (dean is 5'4") trust me you were slouching... if you are 5'8" you are taller no doubt

Haha. I thought the same thing. He looks pretty out of place. He has that look when you're lost in a bad part of town and you're trying to stay calm as the crack houses start to multiply.
And about the band shirts, think about it. Most Joe 6 Packs wouldn't recognize some of these guys, so it jogs the memories. Hell, I like AIC and I probably wouldn't recognize Jerry.

This whole height thing is a funny thing! People of all sizes do not like to see themselves as shorter...

I discovered that people (Usually girls) in the 5'3"-5'6" range always see themselves taller than me (5'8" no shoes measured by the doc on a scale)My sis is 5'3" and I still have to prove I'm taller every time I see her! My X G/F 5'-5" thought she was taller than me until we were standing together in front of a mirror and she looked down to see if I had shoes on! We ended up measuring our selves and she was an inch shorter that she thought and I was exactly 3" taller than her. Obviously she didn't care about height.
One of my staff could figure out how I could reach a tape that she couldn’t cuz she thought she was taller! She is 5'- 4"! It just goes on. I'm always saying "Damn it I'm short enough I don't need to "appear" to be shorter than I already am!" [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Anyhow I have a pic of me with Alexi of COB and we are the same height. He was wearing boots and I was in my sneakers so Maybe he is 1/2 inch shorter so...You can gauge by that.

I'm 5'8" myself and have had the same experience with several women (including my wife) and my boss (who is male but short - and apparently doesn't want to admit it).

Good, I'm not the only one! We are looked at as short by everyone.

Just last week this girl I... uh...know calls me up and says she has this freind who wants to meet me. She says she is a taller, blue eyed blond, who has a stripper body. I don't know why she thought that was what I was looking for because I have never specified, but what really got me was... this girl said she likes shorter guys! I roll my eyes and say..."And of course you thought of me". [img]/images/graemlins/eyes.gif[/img] Anyhow I asked her what she told her about me and she says..."I told her blah blah blah and you are about my height". *Screeeeech!* "What!?" [img]/images/graemlins/what.gif[/img] I said. "You are what, 5-4? I'm 5-8, I know it's not much, but give me what little height I've got!" [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I haven't met her yet but,I'm betting the girl is about my height! I'll let you know.

I never understood the whole height issue. Now, I'm 5'11, and I have been called short by a few girls ranging from 5'4-5'8 which I can't understand. I also went out with a girl that was 6'3 and I was the tallest guy she went out with...
