Anyone see the new Dave Mustane Axxion?

I can't decided if this is cool or just plain goofy looking. This is the guitar that Dave claims Jackson would not build for him. Maybe they thought it wasn't metal enough. [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

Anyway, what do you guys think? I'm kinda on the fence looking at it.

Someone who know esp better might be able to tell ya.. what I can say is Dave new guitarist played the same guitar at the ESP show that night.. Not sure if this is the one or not ..

The Axxion is not something that appeals to me at all on any level.

That Pease Sells graphic is cool but I for one never liked graphics on guitars, I prefer guitars in black or a clear coat. Graphics seem too busy to me.

The LTD AX-series guitars look much, MUCH better than the Axxion, although that still isn't saying much.

The Axxion has sort of a "Gumby" vibe to it...

That graphic guitar pictured in this thread is just a standard-issue LTD M-1000, I believe, with an added graphic. The 1000-level LTDs aren't too shabby, actually, but neither are they inexpensive.

I think that is the same as the Hanneman model whatever that is (basically an M2 neckthru) I like it and I am not really an ESP fan or a big Megadeth fan... Much better than teh Axxion or Jaymz Truckster... teh truckster would be alright if say Jaymz really played his ESP taht long and really did wear it out but it was a pre beaten up guitar... It isn't a relic it always sucked.. Seems stupid to me

thats just terrible, oh well, I've always thought dave was a douche and never really even liked his jackson v's. I'm happy he's gonna be looking like a retard playing that thing.
