hmm...just found a wrc neptune...kinda pinkish, covered in shell, weird thing is it appears to be an early one...pointy jackson style headstock...with wayne's initials in paint pen on the head...put the thing in layaway...probably sell it as i', not sure i can afford to keep it...it was kinda pricey...just wondering what anybody knows about these?...thanks...d.m.

They come on Ebay from time to time, and there is always a gap between buyers and sellers. They look nice though................Comment

I can only comment on the one example that I played, that we had in the store in which I used to work. Sad to say, it wasn't up to much. It weighed a ton, and although it looked good, it had an "unfinished" quality about it. Playing-wise, although it wasn't the worst guitar in the shop, it sure as hell wasn't the best! It wasn't even in the same ballpark as a similarly-specced (and much cheaper) BC Gunslinger. I never heard anybody say a good thing about it, and it ended up going to a collector, for not a whole lot of money.

I wouldnt worry about playability. I would just put it in a display case, or use it when you have to pose with your band for Teen Beat magazine.................Comment
