    Most guys won't do a fret job on those because if the chip the board they cant fix it. The composite material can't be leveled like a conventional wood fretboard.

      I would love to have one especially the one with Tras Trem.
      I have been checking these for a long time but when I see one I like, I usually don't have money.

        There are guys who will do the work - they are just a little more expensive and the guitar would have to be shipped out. I think the guy in Nashville who has the Plek setup (Joe Glaser?) works on steinbergers... if I had to get one refretted, I'd have him do it and get the frets plek'd while they had it.

          i could be wrong but i dont think they need to have the fretboards planed or plek'd. iknow the necks are those thing are super stable & i dont think the composite fretboards can or will wear or have compression raises like wood.
