V probably means Vine inlays or Vai.
WH must be White.
7VWH is the best Jem IMO.
It plays great,sound great and looks nice too.

AGREED. additionally, the 2002 and older models are the ones to get.
These models have the Lo Pro Edge trem where the newer ones have the new Edge Pro trem that sux!
Also, the older 7VWH's have ebony boards where now they have RW

Also, the Jem 7VWH and VSBL nmodels are Alder bodies and the older DY, SK, GMC, PMC etc are basswood bodies...

I love my Jems!
I have owned over a dozen in the past 5-6 years.
I only have a couple left, a 7VWH and an MC and I wouldnt sell those any sooner than my fav Jacksons in my collection....
If you want resale value, then jgcable correct, the Multi colors are where its at...
But also if you can find a Jem 777 VDY with Rosewood fretboard in good condition, that will have a little higher value than a regular maple board DY... same thing with the VSK too.
