BC Rich forum gone?

I hadnt logged in there for a few weeks and it says its down for the last few days. Anyone know for how long? Trying to get some info on an ST3 that I picked up on fleabay. [img]/images/graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img]

I read the posts a few times and decided not to go back.

I've heard HC's board is similar also. I dunno, never really ventured there too much.

A board is as good as its collective members contribute and share.

It's a shame, BC Rich made some terrific guitars and were the forerunners of a lot of traits that have carried the guitar industry forward. </font>

I agree..the fingerboards on the USA's have some wood depth, like a 1/4" by the time they get to 22nd.
A fav guitar is an ST3 that Pat (TXCharvel) posted on here being in a pawn shop. Sully picked for me in a Texas, leveled the frets and shipped it to me. The necks on these bolt ons are killer when worn in.

The stylings and quality, great stuff since the 70's.

You know, it's hearing things like this that make me glad to be part of this forum. The JCF and the Hamer boards have always been really cool places to hang out with a bunch of guys who are really knowledgable about their guitars.

as a Bc Rich fan I can say i am ashamed of the Bc Rich board, and his moderator was an asshole, banning people and deleting posts at his will if you mentioned something that Bc Rich didn't like. I wish the Bc Rich board was something like this forum, but unfortunatly it's not and I'd rather have no bc rich forum, besides, Bc Rich is dead for me [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Yeah, they roughed me up pretty well the first time I posted there too. But Ive found that if youre asking a question about a fairly decent or interesting guitar (USA st3) there are a couple of guys that will give some decent info. But youre right 90% of the posters are retards. The one guy told me straight out that a bullseye warlock would look "gay", LOL, gotta love it. I did a search of his recent posts and sure enough he was a real piece of work. Usenet material, for sure. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
