I got it at Dave's Guitar shop. He's got like 3-4 of them in stock that he special ordered. He decided not to be a Gibson dealer for '05 so i figured I'd better get this one while it's there. Gibson says this model wasn't exclusive to Dave's but I haven't seen them anywhere else.
