The rent's about US$770 pcm for 1200 sq ft, and to think they used to call this place a "hardship posting" [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

We're enjoying it while we can, because when we move back to Hong Kong we'll be paying twice as much for less than half the space. I reckon there'll be some serious guitar selling before we go...
