Musikraft necks and bodies for Charvel replica?

I came across the musikraft (click here) webpage doing a google search for guitar bodies and neck parts. Anyone have any of their stuff, necks in particular? Seems like nice stuff at a reasonable price with lots of custom options. Plus they seem pretty close in specs (not exact, but close enough) to use as replica part to build a Charvel. Any comments would be great.

I just ordered a Strathead neck from them. One piece quartersawn maple, 1-3/4 nut, 15" radius and dual action trussrod. I've heard good things about their stuff. Haven't got it yet but when I do I'll post some pics.

They used to have pictures of necks up, but now it looks like everything is custom-order only. The ball end of their headstock is one of the closest to an actual Charvel.

I think they had 2 choices on the headstock shape, 1954 and 1960. Which would be the correct one to use L?

I'm not 100% for sure, but from memory I believe it was the 1954 headstock. I'm sure if you e-mailed them they could get you some pics of those headstocks.

They have a charvel style strat headstock option.

Does anyone know if the Charvel necks are 10 - 16 radius? I see that Musikraft offers 9.5-16, or 10-14. does the Floyd need a 10 degree radius at the nut, or is 9.5 close enough? [img]/images/graemlins/help.gif[/img]

I thought Charvie neck were 16 on pointies and 12 on stratheads. Not sure though.

I had a Musikraft neck on my old unfinished SD body for several years. It was my #1 guitar. Great neck!
This was 15 years ago, so you know they've been doing this for a while.

I recommend them.
