My Latest GMW

I bought this off of Dan on the HC forum. I guess she has had several previous owners. Maple over alder, Duncan JB, 1 3/4 width at the nut, brass trem, locking tuners. I do wish it had a forearm contour. Sounds nice, plays nice. Lee mentioned it's an older one, but she's in excellent shape. I cleared these pics with him first before I posted.

And unless the neck was changed out, it's just 1 5/8's....the skinny neck and single pup was the primary reason I sold it. Outstanding guitar otherwise.

The guy I got it from got it from him...incest I tell you.

The only "funky" thing about the guitar is the gold plated two point trem...that stopped a couple people from grabbing it when I had it. I didn't care, I screwed it to the body w/ 5 springs....

I guess it's simply not wanting to stir up a sh*tstorm of confusion or pull the tiger's tail....
I still want to see pics of GMWs, but I know what various types of headstock look like so I'm happy enough just to see the body!

Yes, sorry, the neck is 1 5/8. It was a typo. It is a very nice guitar. I am actually liking the v-trem, though I'd prefer a Floyd. So starting with GMW, who got it first? Steve, who go it before & after you? Trying to do a little geneology.

I love the flat tops that Lee makes....I get mine with arm contours...drop tops.
