Besides Gibson and Epiphone, who else makes a traditional SG style guitar? I know ESP has the Viper, but that's offset a little. Does Guild still make their version? Who else?

Guild used to make one, I think it was called a Polaris. It's not on their website at all. Kim from Soundgarden played them for a long time.

Yeah, I knew they did. But I wasn't sure if they still did or not.

Be without fear in the face of your enemies. Be brave and upright, that God may love thee. Speak the truth always, even if it leads to your death. Safeguard the helpless and do no wrong.

The Guy from Soundgarden (Kim Thayil) played them, I ran a Guitar Shop around the time they reissued them...They were good, not great, and were less than $700 dealer cost back then. I had a hard selling through the 3 I had.

I always loved those Yamahas! Gary from Exodus used to play one back in the day. Ibanez also makes a version, I think it's called the Artist.I feel my soul go cold... only the dead are smiling.
