its a hamer
the bevel on thebody at the neck joint, the neck joint & headstock PURE hamer. the hamer headstocks like that were different than gibsons, slightly pointier. i think someone tried to fake it as a gibson which is why u have a gibby serial# & the made in usa. also early hamers had inked serials so once it was painted or stripped the original serial# would be gone.
