    a Charvel style copy?
I want one that looks like these ones, but maybe a shortscale instead. I'm going to e-mail them, but I want to get ideas first.

You best bet is to watch their showcase area and slowly grab the parts ..
Don't worry - I'll smack her if it comes to that. You do not sell guitars to buy shoes. You skimp on food to buy shoes! ~Mrs Tekky 06-03-08~

Thats the way to go. You can save yourself a lot of money. I'm looking into a Warmoth project myself right now. Remember this though, do for yourself and it will be well worth it. Warmoth makes quality stuff. Don't do it thinking you can sell it and recoup your money. Whole Warmoth guitars don't hold the value of the cost of the parts.

            Good luck!

I would agree, just watch their showcase and accumulate parts from there. If you're interested, I put together a step-by-step description of my last Warmoth project here:
              GT's Warmoth Project. Good luck!

Yes. Their soloist body is the same as a Dinky. If you want a San Dimas style, you'll want the strat style body with rear loaded controls.

You can have them route for the pickups and trem any way you like.

                    Thanks for learing that up.

I'm diggin this one.. But i may wait 'til they get a white one like this...

I want to get one built in a 24.75 scale, will having a Already Hum routed in the bridge cause problems? will there be enough room?

This one is sweet as well!

Re: Has anyone ever done a Estimate with Warmoth f

It won't be a problem because their 24 3/4 scale necks are made to go on 25 1/2 scale bodies.

You should check out the unfinished bodies in the showcase and see what it would cost to have them paint it. It probably won't cost that much more than if you wait for a white one.

Also check out the 24 3/4 scale necks in the showcase. Chances are the'll have something in there for ya.

Has Warmoth's price gone up? I thought last year you could get a unfinished body for $170.
                        Just one more guitar!
