Anybody ever seen this before

I picked up the body online & got the neck off of Evilbay.
I rerouted the trem pocket & widened the neck pocket also, dropped a JT580 Lp in there with a Dimebucker & a Scorcher rail from Seymour Duncan. The neck scale was off so I improvised by cutting off the end of the neck includeing the 24th frett. I put a slant cut to it, to match the angle of the neck pup for shits & giggles. What I've learned is it's a custom body #7 of 10 from The Japan custom shop from ESP the neck is a LTD neck . any help would be great if nothing comes up enjoy the pic. I KNOW I've seen a photo of that body style before, but WHERE?!? [img]/images/graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img] Dude, that is a friggin' awesome shape, very cool that it's a custom body too, Jacksonized with a Jackson trem. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

I like the shape alot it's actualy very comfortable to play ,if I can find the right scale Jackson neck I'm gonna switch them out.

Chuk, let us know whether the Jackson neck will go on okay. I'm unsure about ESP's neck pocket specifications compared to Jackson's specs. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

I had to change the neck pocket for this ESP neck to fit it was a complete custom at 1 point & the neck got sold off the body, Personally I think a DK-2 neck would work just fine, but it would have to be 22 fret so the DK-2 is out.
Shark Fins & Binding thats all I want for this guitar.

I've seen this shape before too somewhere, but can't recall.

I know ESPee was getting ready to test-run some new shapes at NAMM (THAT'S IT!!!! [img]/images/graemlins/idea2.gif[/img]) Go back thru the NAMM threads, some of our guys visited the ESPee booth (traitors! [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]) and I think this shape was among some of those new test shapes hanging on the wall!

I don't think it's either the Dave Mustaine or the AX series this body is 10-12 years old neck pocket was stamped ESP Customshop. I talked to a guy on the ESP board he said it was called an ardvark 10 were made. & since SN's go mostly on necks it has no SN on the body.

Thats a big Negative, DCGL is where I got it from. Ofcourse they had very little info to go on. Thus my search for more info about this Guitar.

I'm considering haveing it painted black then Air brushed to look like a Fantacy axe type blade. The bevels would be a mirrored chrome & the rest would look like old beaten up metal.
