It's a 59neck with a Custom Custom bridge, both coil tapped. I think the paper makes it sound like they were custom wound for me, but no. The guitar usually comes with a 59/59 setup un tapped.

You can get them made with any shape neck you want. My understanding is that you can send them a neck or a guitar and they will measure it and copy it for you. As for the inlays, yes you can get the victory inlays, I just chose the crown 10 inlay.
