I would also take the switchplate out and put a gold switchtip on(RR style [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img], well he didn't take the switchplate off, but he had a pimping gold switchtip)

Black is a hell of a lot harder, because all physical aspects of the lighting change. I just made it very heavily saturated black, so you can get the general idea:

Black doesn't look as good as gold to me, personally, I'd go gold!

I thought about doing that to mine, but I want black diamond plate and can't find them anywhere. If you come across a black one (preferrably metal, but a plastic version will work too) let me know. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Peronsally, I hate gold hardware and would go with black. However, black bezels are going to look out of place with the cream binding. They only look right with the black or three-ply binding IMHO.
