Anybody have one? There is a gold 1991 up on Ebay with a buy now of $859.00 which seems rather high. How are these guitars? I have never played one or heard one in person.

I owned one for about five months - it was nice looking in it's off-beat way, but it was a mundane player and the weird pickups were flat - a real yawner... The trem was magnificent tho' - smooth, solid, and always returned to true... I never regretted letting it go, however.... -

The pick ups in the one on Ebay appear to have been changed. If you are not PRS rich (I am with you) this would be a model to consider.Comment

The Pups were Fralins in those so I am suprised. I only played one once but I personally would prefer a strat over this for strat like tones which is what this providedI keep the bible in a pool of blood
