how much do those run for ? and did it come without a pickguard ?

BFA, there is quite a story behind this guitar. The person that ordered this guitar died in a car wreck prior to paying off the balance. The store owner had placed the guitar back in storage because the buyers mother had planned to complete the payments. Well, she forgot about it and so did the store owner. Five years went by and I stumbled onto the guitar while looking for a case. BRB, lightning storm.

Sorry about that. Anyway, the dealer tried contacting the woman and she had moved, died, was abducted by aliens, whatever. Since the guitar had already been removed from the books, I made him a cash offer that was on the verge of being criminal. I'm not at home at the moment, but I think it's a 1996 Limited Edition Custom Shop LP. It has the slim taper neck and if I remember correctly, it sold brand new for about $2600.

Oops, I almost forgot, it did come with a pickguard. Since I had two black Pauls, I wanted one of the two to be "nekkid!" [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
