I love them even more with maple boards but this one is sweet. Shouldn't this be in Guitar By Other Manufacturers though?

I bought the snakeskin guitar a few years back. The guy I got it from claimed that the neck was an unfinished NOS Charvel neck that he or somebody got from Grover, etc. etc. (you know how the stories go...) which he sent to GMW to have this guitar built with. I didn't really care if it was true or not, 'cuz I wanted this guitar and bought it right. I like rosewood, and had never seen one with it.

That is a cool guitar !! Yeah , maple looks better but IMHO rosewood sounds better.

I like that with the rosewood board. It makes the snakeskin a little more subtle. Very nice indeed.

Very cool. I used to have a GMW Dinky snakeskin just like that. Only mine was maple/maple reverse pointyhead.

Actually, it's one of the most accurate representations of snake skin that I've seen. Damn nice guitar!

I saw a guitar similar to that for sale at Music Zoo in Queens NY a few years back. Very nice. I love GMW.
