Ibanez SZ320

hey guys. I found a second hand SZ320 on a local guitar website and it's going really cheap.

It looks like it's in pretty good condition, but is it worth the money?

I wanna make sure that every thing on the guitar is excellent as i don't wanna regret buying it if i find something else a few weeks down the line.

These people seem to like it...there is a little disagreement on the pickup sound though:

I have the SZ520 and its nice. The 320 and 520 have similar pickup switching, with a fancy 3-way switch with lots of poles on it so you get one single from each in the middle position. I wasn't too fond of that sound (as some on Harmony Central speak of)... wiring diagram here

It has a set neck and a shorter 25.1" scale (close to PRS's 25") so it has a looser feel than a strat, but not as short as a gibson.

it's going for £199, which is very damn cheap. But what with my other job not providing enough work for me, i don't know when i will next get my hands on the money i have right now, so it has to well worth it

199 British Pounds is $USD350...which in the US isn't 'going cheap'!. I know used guitar costs aren't equivalent in England vs. US, but a quick scan of ebay completed auctions show some going for $218, $285, $300, and not sold at $299. (There's also some SZ520s on ebay now in the same cost range).

You mention its listed in a local to you guitar website, any chance on trying it out before you buy (or are there any in any local stores)? I'd recommend that if you could as it will really help in your decision.
