• Driskill Guitars

I've had this link forever, but I haven't checked in the site in the longest. These are some of the most beautiful tops I've ever seen on guitars I imagine the price tag is a bit up there, but by the looks of these instruments they are very well worth it. Anyone have one, or ever play one? I'm not lookin to buy one, just sharing info since I haven't heard these guitars mentioned on the forum.

Oh yah, the link http://www.driskillguitars.com/

Definitely some nice woods used on those ones, but I can't say I like the shape.

Nice guitars. Not my personal favorite, but the quality is on par with anything out there.

Joe's stuff is pretty amazing looking, and people really rave about them. He's a detail fanatic. He did a carbon fibre topped guitar once that was pretty mindblowing to behold.

Re: Driskill Guitars

a friend of mine has one. he's an older guy, and he spends a lot of cash on getting "small" builder guitars. he won't say how much the driskill cost, but he said his wife freaked out. he loves that guitar. it is his pride and joy.

I think his "WOLF" guitars look kind of cheesy.
Really? well screw Mark Twain.

I remember reading that some of the Driskill guys on the waiting list, were upset about these wolf guitars, because he spent a huge amount of time on these for 1 buyer.. Some claiming they had delayed their order for almost another year.
