My first PRS landed this past weekend

I took a break from my GMP quest to find this one.

This is my first PRS. Plays great, sounds really good, still working with it. I like the sonic options with the 5 way. Birds have a lot of color in them. Top is awesome. That is what sold my wife on it. She is not a big fan of graphics so she "let" me get this quilt top [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

I'm sure I'll end up picking up another one. I really like Shawn's Dave N PRS [img]/images/graemlins/drool2.gif[/img]

That is really nice. I have 2 of them. One has the 5 way rotary switch and the other has the 3 way toggle. I MUCH prefer the 3 way toggle. Especially live. Try playing Sweet Child of Mine with that darn 5 way rotary. It sucks. I love my PRS guitars. You will definately own more than one.

I can already see that the 5 way is not "live" friendly. But I'll leave it for now and see what happens.

gemini, I'm doing ok, but I switch between 24 3/4 and 25.5 all the time.

Joe, it is a W-F, but I could play either neck. I got a W-F so *if* I get a singlecut it will have the same neck [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
