I met NightRanger in '83 when they were on their first tour opening for Sammy H. Both Gillis and Watson came up on stage and jammed where Brad played my modded strat...then we had a jam with Kelly on drums and Bill Church on bass.

It never occurred to me to even get their autographs on the axe. It was the only one I had. Gillis was always bumming my smokes. They hung about for a couple days so we got to stick it out in the tour bus for most the night. Gillis also got up and jammed with another band that was there the next night-he was still bumming my smokes.

Anyways.. I would say Gillis will pay for an outright buy but as far as a trade for anything like his LP's or a San Dimas.. I would be surprised. If it were me, I wouldn't offer my top shelf stuff.

just talked to him, he said the red strat had a wireless problem just one night, not biggie, its fixed now, as far as the zipper he's want 4 to 5 K for it so that out of the question ( so he owes me 100 bucks! )wants a fernandes but will get one when it comes along and the $ is right, he's buying like a man man right now, the guy has so much vinatge stuff for next to nothing!

Hey Brad...He still hasn't read my email yet. I told him that I'd let him see it on Thursday and that I'm game for a trade that's reasonable if he has something in his grab bag.
