Is that a temperature gauge or a tachometer?

I think there were 11 of those produced... The last one to pop up for sale went for something around $11K

Actually its a "Shred-o-meter" the faster you play (and consistant) the higher it goes. I've actually seen someone go past red and cause it to esplod.

there was a marshall/jackson on ebay germany 1 or 2 years ago and it wasn´t too expensive. i don´t really no the endprice anymore, but not too much. that´s why it still bothers me.

how does it tell how quick you are, the meter? is there something that reads the string hits from picking? or does it tell from the amount of frets hit? how does it work?

I wasn't joking though, it really does go up the faster you play.

I have no idea as to how it actually works though.

                          Re: Ernie Ball.. wicked..

I played one before. There is a music store, where this guy has so many god damn guitars that are not for sale, and I got to play one of these before. Very limited, only 20-30 or so.

yeah, oh well, na i wasn't kidding about my question, i thought it really went up!

but yeah, when i saw the news announcements on the EB site, i was in love. one of the coolest guitars i'd've ever seen.

i think either Just number 11, or all 22 or so of them were auctioned off.
