Wait on a GMW graphic?

Hey folks,
I was thinking about having a DiMartini Crossed Swords refin done on one of my guitars. Anyone know what the current wait time is for a GMW refin? I also saw that Todd over at Big Head does a nice Crossed Swords too. Anyone have any of his work?

GMW wait times are outrageous now. They are so backed up with their own stuff(look how long it's taken for their new headstock) + all the contracted work they do for other makers. A few years ago I got a piece stripped and graphics added wait time was 2 months. I have been waiting a year now for a simple solid color piece.

Lee has had one of my guitars for 15+ months now awaiting a refin and graphic. But the end result is well worth the wait. And for what's it's worth, I have a GMW crossed swords and the graphic is amazing! I haven't seen what Big Head can do though.

if it was me i'd have no problem getting Todd to do it, to my eyes his paintwork looks every bit as good as GMW

Is Lee still taking refins? I thought I heard a while back that he was going to concentrate on his own stuff.

Lee has one of my Jacksons in right now for a graphic refin, and estimated 2-3 months at the time I sent it. He said they're done painting and waiting to dry and reassemble, so if all goes well, I'll have it back on schedule.
