      very nice guitar, but why black tuners instead of gold? seems to me gold tuners would fit the rest of the guitar more.. anyway, awesome guitar (:

        For me it was because the gold tuners on a natural wood headstock will look invisible and I like the contrast of the black tuners against a unfinished headstock. All of my strat headstocks that are not painted have black tuners regardless of the color of the rest of the hardware [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
