The crack at the heal is extremely common on Basswood guitars, and most RGs are basswood. It's not a worry, and lots of Ibanezes have that. It's just the paint, not the wood. Where Ibanezes tend to crack is at the back of the headstock at the locking nut screws. The wood will shrink a bit with time, and then can shrink and expand minutely with changes in humidity. If you tighten them when they are loose and the wood expands just the slightest bit you can get runs. Again, not really too serious if they don't head for the scarf joint or down the fretboard, but something to watch out for on older Wizard necks.
