              Nice! I'm always half looking for a hardtail body to convert my stratobastard, so hopefully in the near future I'll be joining the club

                Cool! It was a no-brainer for me to get a hardtail, because I really don't like vintage 6-screw or newer two-point Strat trems. If I can find a nice Strat with an OFR or one of those locking Fender/Floyd trems, then I'd go for it.

                    well, all my strats that have vintage trems have the trems "locked down" and i don't use them. my only true hardtail strat (as of now) is my warmoth built "Mr. Horsepower"

                          Xxsive, didn't your strat used to have Dual SD Invaders? What did you swap in their place?

                            i'm actually the second owner of her. a forum friend from another guitar site sold me it a while back. when he first built it it had an invader in the bridge. now it has a duncan custom custom bridge and a duncan pearly gates neck.
