What Fender neck would me the mode cimilar to a Jackson, Charvel, Kramer neck? I'm trying to find a neck that isn't as big as a normal Fender neck and is more faster and thiner.

Try the American Standard or Made in Mexico Standard Strat. They both have thin necks IMO. Both will be slightly thicker than a Jackson Soloist. -

Warmoths standard profile is thinner than a fender plus the radius makes it closer to a Jackson feel. They also make one with the wizard profile which is even thinner. I'll be having one of those to sell here later in the week if you're interested. Birdseye with rosewood/wizard profile.

I stay away from Fenders for the very reason that there necks are not comfortable to me. I haven't found any neck, including the ones mentioned above, that feel like a Charvel. Fender necks are rounder (more like a C) whereas the necks you are asking about are more of a D or U profile.
