We know because we have Matt and others that are so very helpful and professional in dealing with us.
But listen to what just happened to me this week.
I've had this Fender CS '54 Strat on order for over 10 months now. You know you just have to forget about those and live life as usual until they show up.
And showed up it did this week. My dealer (and I won't mention his name since this is not an advertisement) calls me on Wednesday P.M. to tell me its here. I went holy shit!! for real!!
He talked to me for a good 20 minutes on the phone telling me about it as he inspected it. I told him to be caraful shipping it to me this week (from Chicago) since there is a huricane coming my way. He told me he was going to try to get it tome in two days to beat the storm.
We hung up and he told me he was going to check into it.
Next morning when I come into the office there is a message left by him, late the day before, telling me that the guitar is on its way, that it will beat the storm and that whenever I had a chance to call him to do so to settle on the payment and stuff!!!!
The man shipped it without getting final payment and I owed him a LOT, and I mean a LOT on it ($2K+). Who in their right mind would do such a thing these days!!??
This guy has scored major points with me, not that he wasn't super cool before. But this just blew my mind away.
THIS is how you win customers for life. Two major thumbs up from me.
