Mean Street

Anybody familiar with Mean Street guitars. I guess the guy is out of TX, and has models that are copies of the EVHs guitars (EBMM, Wolfie, Kramer, VH 1 Frankie).

Just wondering if anybody has one/knows someone who does, or just has input on these guys.

I think a couple of guys at the Kramer forum have his guitars.

Harmony-Central has a few reviews.

Suposedly Mitch offers a good product.

I purchased a NOS Kramer neck from him awhile back.
Stand up guy.

I heard that they dont make thier own parts. I heard they use japanese necks and bodies. I have been on thier site and know that they are big on the kramer forum.

Yeah. I went over to the Kramer forum, and they say that they're pretty good for the price. I also checked out Harmony Central, and except for one that sounded like he just got a lemon, they were given pretty good reviews.

I saw a Kramer neck that he did and the tuners were put on terribly -- very crooked. The headstock had to be redone. Not sure if this was a fluke. He has a pretty good reputation on the Kramer forum.
