Trey Gunn, who used to be in King Crimson, plays a 10-string Warr guitar. He did some amazing shit with that thing. Basically, it's an evolved version of the Chapman Stick. I'd love to try one out, but I can't say I'd spring big $$$$ for something like that.

You don't actually try to put your hand around that neck--it's a 'touch' guitar, where you do two-hand tapping stuff. Really cool, actually, if you can get your mind around it. It takes a hell of a lot of practice to do even basic stuff.
