My buddy Jeff brought me the Chopper Guitars (www.chopperguitars.net) prototype to play at Connecticut Metalfest the other day, and...oh man. This actual guitar has been played onstage by Billy Gibbons, for chrissakes. Anyways, 15 pounds of aluminum, sustain for miles, and completely customizable. Hugely expensive, but I'd buy 3 if I ever hit the lotto. Behold! (pictures courtesy of Jeff Chabotte)

Fuck... count my band Chase and Aftermath in on the next one. Were there any shredders there? I have noticed a REAL lack of soloists in CT lately. Most of them are chugga chugga dudes who dabble in "riffage". I would have enjoyed giving them a dose of 26 nps.
