found this in a store in Stockholm, pretty cool guitar with good finish...I think the headstock reads Maverick but I'm not sure!

Yeah, that's a Maverick, with those stupid roller volume controls.....From what I know they're made in the far east, but assembled at setup in the UK, and they're supposed to be pretty good bang for the buck.Popular is not the same as good

nope didn't buy it, but I'm still down here so...
the knobs look cool but are very impractical, I for one like to shut down volume fast after a song by rolling the pinky across the knob, especially when playing live. (and volume swells, anyone? [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img])Comment

those knobs suck. they are indeed very impractical.. I had problems with them with every Maverick that I played"I hate these filthy neutrals! With enemies, you know where they stand. But with neutrals... who knows? It sickens me!"Comment
