I think all points are valid. I, for one, am glad that a company makes parts similar to the classic Charvies, because I realistically could not afford a CS model. I just think that there's a certain "vibe" put off by a strat head model, kind of that "hot rodded Fender" vibe that was the main purpose of Charvel from the beginning. I don't see anything wrong with it, as long as someone isn't trying to pass off a "knock off" as the real thing for the purposes of a personal gain, monetary or other wise...
