That is awesome. I love Chris Compston's work. He does a lot of the ESP guitar graphics. I'd love to have him paint one of my guitars.

I think Ron Thorn did the inlay work on it. I have a guitar painted by Compston and he does nice work.................

Perfect theme for a Steinberger. That is kick fucking ass.

Sleep. The sound doesn't collapse to riffs of early eyes either.

I am pretty sure we have seen this before, however, considering the time of year it is, I am glad you posted it!

I don´t think I´ve seen any of Compston´s pieces before, but judging from that one he´s definitely one of the best graphic artists I´ve ever come across.

I've seen that guitar before, gorgeous(sp?). I'm really tempted to order a new SC from him. Any advice?

Re: Nice looking Steinberger, Headless Horseman

Ron is an absolute pleasure to work with first of all

best advice i can give is know what kind of tones your after from the beginning and thinking option thru before hand makes thing much easier

ON my shark guitar i wanted to try for fat single/P90 type tones but wanted to have the flexability to switch to humbuckers easily if necessary..Hence the HD Z-90 (same route as a regular Humbucker)

example: if your the type that wants single coil type tones his SC design might not be for you as it only comes in LP scale

if your someone who doesn't like long wait times avoid overally elaborate inlays and such as there mostly only cosmetic and only add extra time on to your order.

talk to Ron personally and let him know what your after he won't steer you wrong
