Wow..........chuck has a ESP.... Its gonna snow here in AZ........."Now remember, things look bad and it looks like you're not gonna make it, then you gotta get mean. I mean plumb, mad-dog mean. 'Cause if you lose your head and you give up then you neither live nor win. That's just the way it is. ":JOSEY WALES

Re: I\'m An ESP Owner!
It's a matte black plastic that's pretty worn out to gloss, as you can see below the pickups.
The neck is a subtle V shape, very comfy. I like the neck shape a lot. It's a far cry from a Charvel shape, but I like the way it fills my hand without being fat. Medium jumbo frets with very little wear. The neck is finished, which may or may not stay. It's a rare guitar, and I don't want to hack it up.
Tuners are eighties era 90 degree Gotoh's - the same as on old Charvels. Obviously a couple of the caps are missing, but it doesn't affect them at all...kinda fits the overall vide of the guitar, actually.
Old surface mount Floyd with wood screw studs and spin in arm. Those old Floyds sound worlds better then the bushing stud models...that's the key to Floyd tone right there. Chrome is also important to my ear.
Alder body routed for two hums only, top mount under the guard, completely shielded with shielding paint and grounded, all shielded wiring.
The guitar is 100% all original, and the stock LH200 pickups sound great so far. I'll have my Marshall back this weekend and will be able to tell more then. Thru a POD and a computer, it really doesn't much matter what your playing.
It plays every bit as good as anything that I've owned, and it sounds better than 99% of everything I've had. Notes bloom and sing, the guitar just rings and resonates.
I'm really digging it. The seller has been waiting for me to buy this from him for over a year. He knew it was "my" guitar, and he was 100% right. He has another in his collection that he thinks should be in my hands, so I need to learn more! He's my dealer!

John, that switch...I had my doubts at first, but now that I'm burned in to the guitar (et: 24 seconds), I can switch it every bit as fast as a strat blade switch.
I guess it's the old real estate adage again: location, location, location.
Staples, it snowed here last night and the night before...if I'm snow-bound, there's no reason why you shouldn't be!
