    Re: new ltd (MH400NT)

Mostly just bad luck with orders and waiting time (I was expecting the ESP backorder though). Many issues with price matching, and some issues with order alterations have ensued.
You're the closest dealer around me that carries Jackson and ESP, so I may still buy from you in the future if the product is in stock, but without getting into detail; the extra services specifically (wich I won't get into detail about because of the board's dealer protection policy) and prices Eddie at Carlino guitars and Jason at DCGL offer are enough to grab my attention, plus I like the way both they and their employees befriend and treat me reguardless of whether my order is a $300 dollar import, or a $2000 horizon wich has been an issue with many of the employees I've experienced from a plethora of guitar dealerships.

Hey, if I was the one building the guitars you ordered I'd accept the blame. But you walk thru my door, order a guitar from me and I order it from the manufacturer. The rest is up to them. I do the best I can to speed up delivery, but I'm not the one building the guitars.

Understandable. I'm not trying to bust your balls; I just have better luck, deals, services, and options elsewhere.

Matt has always gone out of his way to match prices that I have gotten from other dealers.I am currently waiting on a SL2H/Mah in Trans Blk that should be here any day.I ordered this guitar a little over a week ago and he did not have it instock but Jackson did. I would say 2-3weeks for a USA Select that he did not have instock is pretty good service

I forgot to add that he gave me a very good deal, I had quotes from 5 other dealers and he matched the lowest one.I bought from Matt because he has always been upfront with me. At one point I had to return a Guitar because of the assholes at UPS. Due to the wait time in ordering a replacement, I asked for a refund which I was given without hesitation!

Nick - If you get better luck, deals, service and options (whatever that means) at other dealers, than shop elsewhere.

FYI, it's a small world, so you might want to be a little more careful about what you say on other forums...

We'll I hope you have a good deal with Eddie, many havent but as it's in stock there shouldnt be any trouble, allthough anyone remember the Easton saga?

I made an enquiry with Matt before and he's a very hepfull guy, he didnt need to answer my questions, I didnt buy the product anyways....

If im ever in boston i'm going to be sure to look you up....

Options means stuff like free pickup swaps, and smaller stuff like choice of strings, straps, picks and stuff like that with guitar orders at no charge.

I'm not sure what the second half of your post means, but my aim isn't to offend. You asked me why I chose to order from other dealers and I told you in a manor wich I thought was civil and chose not to do belittling things like list specific examples of complications, so i think my approach was respectable in that sense.
The grass is just greener on the other side; and you can't blame a customer for wanting the best deal, but Good luck in the future with your buisiness.
