Re: anyone ever heard of hurricane guitars
There was one on Ebay a few months back. I search for them every now and then, but have only seen one or two.I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood

Re: anyone ever heard of hurricane guitars
Dragon's Kiss, Perpetual Burn and Speed Metal Symphone all sounded amazing and that's before Carvin. Wish I was good enough to make a sh-t guitar sound that good
I was actually trying to buy one once but from all sources I hear that they are pretty bad. But pix would benice so I can build a playable good one that looks like the genuine article.I swear, by my life and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine. - Ayn Rand

Re: anyone ever heard of hurricane guitars
And I can make a great guitar sound like shit!
There is a seafoam green Hurricane in a pawn shop nearby that's probably around $150 asking (been there for at least two years). I can see if it's still there if someone really wants it.When you take a shower in space, you have to press the water onto your body to clean yourself, and then you gotta vacuum it off. - Ace Frehley

Re: anyone ever heard of hurricane guitars
All I remember is it had a strat shaped body (bolt on i think) Plastic shark tooth inlays, cheapo floyd knockoff, HSS or HH config and a pointy headstock. I may be able to check it out again later in the week. When you take a shower in space, you have to press the water onto your body to clean yourself, and then you gotta vacuum it off. - Ace Frehley

Re: anyone ever heard of hurricane guitars
This is the one that was just like the sky blue one pictured on the 'Perpetual Burn' album and went for a whopping $65.00...

Re: anyone ever heard of hurricane guitars
A friend of mine had one in the late 80's. The quality wasn't great, but the neck was one of the fastest I've ever played on. The frets were so tiny that it may as well have been a fretless guitar.Member - National Sarcasm Society
