Yeah I always wondered about those. There are a lot of very interesting concepts out there and I wish I could try them all.

Who knows - some say nothing competes with the pure tone of wood. There is one manufacturer who knows how to take advantage of graphite materials and got a soloist style guitar to sustaing for 45 seconds! Rockmaster or something they are called.

There is some amazing stuff out there - but you don't really know until someone takes a chance and starts playing or endorsing them.
