Yep that's right mate. It didn't sell on ebay so i've taken it [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] I wanted another 7 string because i really don't like my current one and i've always liked the white universes, but this one is more to my style than the standard ones.

Great looking guitar! Can you give us some details? Is it a real Ibanez or something modded or built from the ground up?

From the eBay auction, it was a normal Universe that a Custom Shop in the UK built a single hum body for....Not sure if the original body was damaged or something, but the result looks great!

Congrats on a beauty! That board looks darker than the standard rosewood. Has it been stained, or replaced with an ebony board? The UV7PWH didn't say "Ibanez" in the headstock in silver, either, but said 'Ibanez' and 'Universe' in black.
It's a smokin' looking guitar! Has it got an 81-7 or a 707?

I think it's a 707 which i like a bit better than th 81-7 as i find it a bit too harsh to my ears.

I don't think it has been stained, i think it's just a real dark piece of rosewood.
