Because the price was right and he didn't use this one enough to warrant keeping it? I dunno- never bothered to ask. I could find out, but I don't really need to know "Why." Dean Z. could obviously make another one of these for Mike in a heartbeat if he wanted to. Mike has 56 guitars in his collection, and considering this one was at Dean Headquarters, maybe he ran out of room! LOLComment
