12-string things

I just finished a nice jam on my 12-string acoustic. I love this guitar and play it all the time. getting the killer Page acoustic stuff down pat. anyone else play a 12-string regularly? (acoustic or electric)... any pics?

mine is an 1990 Ibanez PF10-12 which I bought new. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] I've always been blown away by the mahogany in the body and the deep lustre it has.

yep.. I do play 12 string electric on my Yamaha PAC303-12 and Epi EG-1275



I also have/had acoustic 12 string import, but it's in repair.. my Ovation CSD225 doubleneck I've sold.

those are nice pebber. I've been flirting with the Epi 1275, that would be fun to have. how has that one been for you?

well.. I had numerous epi's, but that one I never sold!
it plays and sounds great.. and looks cool too!

I installed a fishman piezo in connection with a Boss GE EQ into the side of it and it sounds beautiful. Don't have pics, but I love playing my 12 string Yamaha acoustic and I just bought a 12/6 Danelectro doubleneck several weeks ago. I haven't put it down yet................at least not until Hotel California is done. [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

I used to own a Takamine EF385C-12 dreadnought, and now it belongs to Kennslp. I'd like to own another 12-string acoustic in the future.

i picked up an epi last year pretty cheap, Korean all in all a pretty mediocre guitar to say the best, I'll ebay it and get something better pretty soon

nice Alvarez budman! looks very similar to my Ibanez.

by pulling, do you mean where the strings eventually pull the body top wood up somewhat at the bridge? mine is doing that a little bit, but it's not that bad. does this get worse over time?
