Well it wasn't exactly the same, it was 22 frets, not 24. I don't thiunk they made a single-hum neckthrough version.
And besides, how would Ibanez sue ESP for stealing a shape that Ibanez stole from Jackson? If they won it would be an open-shut case for Jackson to sue Ibanez for the same thing. I'm sure Jackson would get more $ out of Ibanez than Ibanez would get from ESP. They don't want to open that can of worms, Ibanez started out making copies almost exclusively.
