I love the old USA Schecters. The real one's are VERY hard to find...lots of mis-information out there on what's a USA and what's not. Tom Anderson told me ALL USA Schecters have skunk stripes on the necks and did NOT have "Schecter" on the neck plates. I paid full boat pretty much for this one, but it is in n. mint condition with original case and receipt from 83. Can't wait to plug it in! PT Tele

PT playsone like this in the last north american tour back in the 80's. You can see it in the video for emminence front as well. Great score.

So supposedly american Schecters may in fact be something else? I´d like to hear more about that, since I´m thinking about picking up a 1990 strathead... which lacks skunkstripe and has a Schecter-branded neckplate.

I remember seeing Pete use this on the Emminence Front video. Back then I though they were singing Heaven is Fuct instead of emminence front. I would love to have one of these, they have the best lay out of a Tele IMO.

I have a PT body laying around, american.No hardwarwe but in great condition. Would make a great guitar.Also have a line on a schecter strathead neck. Havent decided to keep it or not....
