• Got me a Jackson/tele mutt!

Well I'ma pickin' it up tommorrow. It's kinda fugly, but that'll emphasize my own beauty even more. Dirt Cheap!

Homemade tele body, jackson neck, dimarzio x2n pup, Schaller Floyd. And he throws in the pickupset in the pic. That's an EMG 85-SA-SA set. One of the pickups is dead, and I'm hoping it aint the 85.

Actually if you take off the Rock n Roll that is written on the pickups it looks pretty cool. Congrats

"ROCK AND ROLL!! ROCK AND ROLL!!! HELLO CLEVELAND!!"

Awesome! Lots of character, and a FLOYD! You can now do accurate Mick Mars impressions.

Explain a Mick Mars impression. He is about as expressionless as you can get, reminds me of a walking corpse. Must be a joke I didn't get

Anyone know which Jackson import necks had 22 frets and a standard headstock? The dots on this one implies Japan-made.

Dots wouldnt really imply japanese. Dots were more common on US bolt ons than fins. Someone can probably tell what the hallmarks of a US bolt on are better than I though.

You just stand there, holding a floyd'ed tele, and as long as your picking the strings you got the look!!

I meant the spacing between the dots on the 12th fret. As far as I know, the larger spacing between the dots(when they're almost at the edge of the fretboard) implies Indonesian craft. The smaller spacing implies Japanese or American craft, with the exception of the new Jackson JS-30 line of geetars.

                        thanx anyway though

Don't you have to be dead first, to really pull off the look though?

You can simulate the effect with lots of eyeliner and white face paint.
